Introduction

About This Tour

A long weekend built around the way Angela likes to travel — shop first, cook together, then sit down and eat properly. The group stayed in South Melbourne, a short walk from the market, and the kitchen there became the centre of everything.

Over three days we shopped two of Melbourne's great food markets, cooked our own dinner from what we carried home, baked apple strudel with an Italian cookbook author in Fitzroy, browsed the shelves of an Italian imports institution, and finished with a degustation dinner in the city.
