About This Tour

Three days over a long weekend in September, staying together in South Melbourne. Cheesemaking, a food history walk through Melbourne's Little Italy, a market-to-table cooking class, and dinner at a restaurant that has been feeding Melburnians Italian food for thirty years.

I am so looking forward to this special intimate bespoke group tour, and can't wait to share my love of Melbourne.

Friday

Welcome A welcome lunch, then an afternoon and evening Market-to-Table cooking class in our South Melbourne accommodation — shopping for our produce first at the wonderful South Melbourne Market

Saturday

Morning An Italian cheesemaking class at That's Amore — mozzarella, burrata and stracciatella

Afternoon A Historical Italian Food Walking Tour through Carlton, along Lygon Street — known as the Little Italy of Melbourne — with food historian Dr Tania Cammarano

Evening Our last night together, dining at a Melbourne institution that has been serving Italian fare to Melburnians for the past thirty years
